Mother on a Mission

My name is Nicole Glover, a dedicated Mother and STEM Teacher at Belzer in the Metropolitan School District of Lawrence Township. I created Dismantle2Rebuild to share the truth about an ongoing crisis in our district.

 

After seeing similar situations and concerns from fellow teachers ignored and having the same complaints of  harassment and a hostile work environment, involving my principal—then learning that my own daughter had also been sexually harassed and assaulted by the same administrator. Title IX violations and mistreatment I witness lead me to action.

The Metropolitan School District of Lawrence Township allowed the administrator to quietly resign instead of protecting students, parents, and staff. I began speaking out and protesting against cronyism, calling for the district to Dismantle and Rebuild its systems to ensure safety, accountability, and equality for all Students, Parents, and Staff.
